Treatments

Getting the right treatment is crucial and what’s right for you will vary, depending on what’s wrong!

We will only recommend a course of action after a proper diagnosis. Sometimes you’ll need a combination of treatments and sometimes just the one.

Manual therapy

Manual therapy is the manipulation or mobilisation of spinal and peripheral joints and soft tissues – this requires a ‘hands-on’ approach.

Our therapists experienced hands can help to

  • Improve circulation and lymph flow
  • Reduce pain
  • Increase flexibility of soft tissues and joints (getting rid of all those knots)

We have the latest electrotherapy equipment and technology to promote healing and reduce swelling pain and stiffness and staff fully trained in its use. Treatments available include:

  • Ultrasound
  • Interferential therapy
